All items are shipped insured and guaranteed against DOA or damage upon delivery.
We offer a 14-day "No Questions Asked" return policy for items returned to us in the same condition as which they were sold. New, factory-sealed items that have been opened are not eligible under this policy.
For all other returns, please contact us for instructions. Items intended to be returned in unlike condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that we do not accept returns of products that have been used and we do not accept returns beyond 20 days from delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Also, if you ordered items that qualified for "Free Shipping", we will deduct the actual shipping charge we waived in shipping you those items free of charge, should you return the item(s) for a refund. This allows us to continue to offer Free Shipping promotions for the benefit of all our customers.
